Renee is a vital part of our marketing support team. She helps coordinate our extensive, targeted advertising campaigns coordinating professional photographic services, social media, helping to schedule our newspaper, magazine ads, maintaining your home’s presence on real estate internet websites, and assisting with the preparation of our personal mailing materials.
Sharon is directly involved with designing print and internet marketing pieces. She has a keen eye and marketing prowess bringing talent to the marketing team.
Teri is our transaction coordinator. Once we open escrow, she will be coordinating the paperwork and helping us to meet the deadlines necessary. She will be communicating with the agents involved and the escrow officer to help make the process seamless.
Laura Steiner-West Coast Escrow
Laura is our escrow officer who will be supervising the escrow process. She executes at the highest level in coordinating between the lender, title officer, buyer and seller, and the agents in the transaction. The goal is to complete the sale on the targeted date with expectations on all sides met.
Lori Sarabia-West Coast Escrow
Lori will be assisting Laura. The many details that are involved in an escrow will be taken care of with her attention. When one calls escrow either of these escrow officers will pick up the phone. Customer service is first.
